BruntWork is seeking a skilled Social Media Manager and Paid Media Buyer to plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta and TikTok in a remote setting. You will drive profitable customer acquisition and manage substantial monthly ad budgets for ecommerce or info-product brands.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, analytical thinking, and collaboration with creatives to improve messaging and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Proven track record scaling profitable paid media campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, pixel tracking, and conversion tracking.
• Experience managing substantial monthly advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Nice to have: data-driven A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Scale campaigns while maintaining target ROAS, CPA, and profitability.
• Conduct audience research, creative testing, and campaign optimization.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently and allocate spend based on performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with creative teams on ad concepts, messaging, and creative strategy.
• Stay current with advertising platform updates and industry best practices.
