Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, lead generation, CRM, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and Mailchimp or comparable platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Experience managing websites and basic SEO.
• Experience creating, coordinating, and reporting on digital campaigns.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and project management skills.
• A data-driven mindset and the ability to use marketing metrics to guide decisions.
• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Enquiry Management: Manage inquiries across digital channels with timely follow-up.
• Track and nurture leads throughout the customer journey and CRM updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve lead conversion and engagement.
• Monitor lead sources and campaign performance for quality enquiries.
• CRM & Email Marketing: Manage CRM data, segment audiences, and run campaigns.
• Create email campaigns and newsletters, monitor performance and conversions.
• Social Media & Content: Manage channels, schedule content, and repurpose materials.
• Develop marketing content from stories and insights with the team.
• Digital Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns, optimize with A/B testing and data.
• Website & SEO: Update site content, improve UX, monitor traffic and rankings.
