Job summary

Huzzle.com is seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join our international remote team. You will optimize paid campaigns, analyze metrics, and drive customer acquisition across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.

Work with cross-functional teams to improve lead quality, report performance, and contribute to revenue growth for global client projects. The role offers ongoing growth opportunities and exposure to SaaS, eCommerce, and B2B campaigns.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytic skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Google Analytics or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and marketing funnels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agencies is a plus.
• Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversions.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Track customer acquisition funnels and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and technologies.
