Triwill Group is seeking an Ecommerce Performance Marketing Specialist to lead multi‑brand paid media growth across Meta, Google, and TikTok, driving profitability and revenue in a remote role. You will optimize CAC, AOV, and conversion rates while coordinating creative strategies and influencer partnerships.

The role requires 3+ years of hands‑on experience in ecommerce marketing, with a data‑driven mindset and autonomy to manage multiple brands from a remote location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in ecommerce performance marketing driving paid media growth across multi‑channel environments.
• Demonstrated ability to drive profitable ecommerce revenue and ROAS with metrics for ad budgets, CAC, CPA, and campaign contributions.
• Conversion and order value optimization through bundling, multi‑buys, and retention strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross‑channel acquisition and revenue growth across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
• Manage multiple brands, scaling main brand while launching new brands like Grain Guard and Mutts & Moggs.
• Develop strategies to optimize CAC, increase AOV, and improve conversion rates for profitable ecommerce growth.
• Balance paid ads with organic content, UGC testing, creator/affiliate marketing, and retargeting across channels.
• Leverage TikTok Shop execution with creator partnerships and paid campaigns.
