Job summary

Ellora Telecom Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to implement and optimize digital campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. You will build AI-enabled workflows, create repeatable systems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

You will leverage Shopify, GA4, and other tools to analyze performance, automate reporting, and ensure brand-aligned optimization while working proactively in a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist in ecommerce/digital marketing.
• Experience managing campaigns across Google Ads and Paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit).
• Strong analytics skills and data-driven decision making.
• Familiarity with ecommerce analytics platforms (Shopify, GA4, Google Merchant Centre, Meta Commerce Manager, TikTok Shops).
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools to marketing work with prudent judgement.
• Ability to turn ad-hoc work into repeatable processes (SOPs, templates).
• Comfort building reporting infrastructure (Google Sheets, Advanced Excel, Claude Code).
• Excellent communication and collaboration to work with cross-functional teams.
• Willing to work graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Execute performance-driven digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for our ecommerce business.
• Collaborate with the creative team on reporting for winning ads and key themes.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Evaluate campaigns using performance data, A/B testing, and industry best practices to improve efficiency.
• Leverage analytics tools to gain insights on customer behaviour, media performance, and attribution.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows that accelerate recurring work while ensuring human checks for accuracy.
• Design and document repeatable systems, SOPs, and templates for consistent campaign setup and reporting across clients.
• Automate reporting and alerting through connected data sources and dashboards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and new marketing technologies, including AI tooling.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing with business goals.
• Contribute to internal knowledge base and playbooks to scale improvements.
