Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd seeks a senior, hands-on acquisition leader to grow our Cash Offer brand and attract US homeowners who want to sell their property. You will own paid acquisition as a connected system across channels, budgets, messaging, creatives, landing pages and measurement for profitable growth.

You will launch, manage and scale Google, Meta, TikTok; allocate budgets; test landing pages; and drive attribution and reporting with designers and developers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ownership of Google and Meta ads with multi-channel budgets.
• Proven US lead-generation experience, with emphasis on seller/homeowner leads.
• Ability to improve lead quality and business economics beyond CPL/ROAS.
• Experience optimizing creative, landing pages, and conversion flows with designers.
• Strong English communication and end-to-end ownership, with AI/automation mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Google and Meta campaigns end-to-end; assess potential TikTok/other ads with solid business case.
• Allocate budgets across channels, markets and audiences based on quality and outcomes.
• Translate seller insights into offers, briefs, and landing-page tests with partners.
• Connect campaign data to CRM and downstream results; improve attribution and reporting.
• Establish a testing and reporting cadence and drive independent improvements.
