Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media and Marketing Virtual Assistant to build our brand presence from the ground up. You will turn content ideas into engaging short-form videos and posts, publish them consistently, and nurture an online community.

You will edit photos and videos to align with our brand, design visual assets, and craft captions with effective hashtags. Experience with wellness topics is a plus, and a remote-friendly setup is ideal for this role.

Qualifications

Proven experience creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.
Experience managing and posting to business social media accounts.
Strong visual sense for layout, color, and brand consistency.
Excellent written English for captions and audience replies.
Ability to follow a creative brief and turn ideas into finished content.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong communication skills and responsiveness to feedback.

Responsibilities

Create short-form videos, reels, and graphic posts based on content direction and ideas.
Edit raw photos and videos into polished, on-brand content.
Design thumbnails, cover images, and visual assets that match the brand style.
Schedule and publish content consistently across social platforms.
