Qualifications

• Ideally 2+ years in People Operations, HR Operations, or related roles.
• Experience supporting remote, distributed teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining records, onboarding workflows, and documentation.
• Ability to handle confidential information with maturity and discretion.
• Collaborative experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a reliable People Operations contact for remote team members.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with remote staff.
• Conduct regular check-ins to understand experience and needs.
• Help team members stay connected to culture, channels, and updates.
• Coordinate onboarding for new members and contractors.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records across systems.
• Track lifecycle milestones like onboarding, renewals, and transitions.
• Escalate concerns and document follow-ups clearly.
• Support a positive, high-accountability remote environment.
• Coordinate cross-functional communications and support lanes.
