LawAdvisor is seeking a Process Guardian to join our People Operations team in a remote-friendly role. You will help modernise our employee lifecycle, own key HR processes, and mentor teammates to deliver a human-centered experience for a globally distributed workforce.

You’ll partner with leadership to align recruiting resources with business needs, champion continuous improvement, and share knowledge across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Operations, Business Administration or Accounting.
• 5+ years in operations, HR Generalist, HR Business Partner or other People Operations role.
• Previous startup experience.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of onboarding/offboarding, compensation & benefits, labor compliance, taxes, and employee lifecycle development and scaling.
• Proactive mindset with initiative.
• Growth mindset and self-improvement.
• Multitasking and time management abilities.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to quickly build domain and industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale key processes in the employee lifecycle.
• Mentor the People Operations team and share knowledge.
• Bridge the gap between department goals and company objectives with a human-centered design focus.
• Collaborate with leadership to align recruiting resources with business needs.
• Source top talent and refine recruitment initiatives to showcase culture.
• Act as liaison between departments to ensure cohesive operations and smooth transitions.
• Provide guidance and upskill the team; iterate on processes and tools.
• Analyse reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
