Job summary

TechnologyAdvice is seeking a detail-oriented Program Operations Coordinator to join our remote-first Operations Team. The role supports execution, coordination, and improvement of client lead generation programs across channels, working with internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, quotes, and reporting.

Employment level: Mid Level; Employment type: Full Time; Location: Philippines. Working hours align with PHT in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in program coordination or operations.
• Experience in media/marketing operations is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Comfort with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Launch and manage client lead generation programs with timely execution.
• Monitor pacing and performance to meet goals and timelines.
• Track operating costs and margins with periodic leadership updates.
• Support RFP responses with accurate quote inputs and feasibility.
• Coordinate with Sales, Client Success, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Prepare daily and weekly program reports.
• Maintain documentation of requirements, handoffs, and workflows.
