Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation.
• Maintain employee records and ensure legal compliance.
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Support performance management and professional development.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and handbooks.
• Coordinate employee engagement and company events.
• Act as a resource for HR questions and confidentiality.
• Manage HR metrics: turnover, retention, timelines, satisfaction.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning.
• Oversee technology management, onboarding in systems, and vendor coordination.
• Evaluate new tech solutions and automate workflows where possible.
• Provide basic IT support and document software processes.
• Monitor licenses, renewals, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Support integrations across HR, payroll, accounting, and ops platforms.
