Job summary

LawAdvisor Ventures Ltd. is seeking a Process Guardian within its People Operations team. You will own key employee lifecycle processes, scale operations, mentor peers, and pilot new projects across a remote, globally distributed workforce.

You will collaborate with leadership to align recruiting resources with business goals, promote a human-centered work environment, and continuously improve efficiency and compliance with labor laws and benefits programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Operations, Business Administration, or Accounting.
• 5+ years in operations, HR Generalist/Business Partner or similar.
• Startup experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of HR core functions (on/offboarding, compensation & benefits, labor compliance, taxes).

Responsibilities

• Own and scale key employee lifecycle processes.
• Mentor junior team members within People Operations.
• Pilot solutions to complex problems and deploy new projects.
• Liaise between departments to ensure cohesive end results.
• Analyze reports to identify trends and improvements.
