Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a seasoned People & Culture Development Manager to lead key HR initiatives that support business growth and a high-performing remote workplace. The role blends strategic planning with operational excellence in a fully remote setup, requiring strong leadership and change-management skills.

You will partner with senior leadership to translate business goals into HR programs, manage workforce planning, develop leaders, and drive a culture of engagement and accountability

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive HR or People Operations experience.
• At least 5 years in an HR management or leadership role.
• Strong background in Human Resources Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management.
• Experience leading workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence leaders, manage change, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly preferred.
• Technical & Operational Skills: Salesforce (SF) is a mandatory requirement.

• Strategic Leadership: partner with senior leadership to execute people strategies.
• Translate business objectives into measurable HR initiatives and priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges and improve efficiency.
• Talent Development: design leadership development programs and succession planning.
• Employee Engagement & Total Rewards: oversee engagement, benchmarking, and benefits.
• HR Operations & Compliance: onboarding/offboarding, policy implementation, labor law compliance.
• Process Improvement: continuously enhance HR processes and documentation.
