Requires a bachelor’s degree in HR/PSY/Business Admin and 2–3 years in HR, with strong communication and organizational skills. Remote work with flexibility and ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business Admin, or related field.
• 2–3 years of proven HR experience.
• Familiarity with labor regulations and HR best practices.
• Proficient with HRIS, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support end-to-end recruitment processes (posting, screening, scheduling).
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding, including document handling and orientation.
• Maintain and update employee records in HRIS accurately and timely.
• Assist in administering compensation and benefits programs.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and respond to HR queries.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Draft HR documentation such as job offers, contracts, and memos.
• Collaborate with team leads to address employee performance or behavioral concerns.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.
