Job summary

MicroSourcing is hiring an HR Coordinator to support onboarding, recruitment, compliance, and employee records management. You will help ensure efficient HR processes, maintain confidential data, and contribute to audits, reporting, and continuous improvement.

A strong HRIS background and excellent English communication are essential. You will work in a WFH setup with day shifts, joining a collaborative team focused on inclusive culture and career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR data using HRIS or close to completion in HR/Business Administration.
• Strong onboarding, records management, and HR documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate new employee onboarding, including documentation and system setup.
• Maintain and update employee files with accurate records.
• Support recruitment activities and onboarding documentation.
• Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance across files and records.
• Generate monthly compliance and expiry reports and track renewals.
• Protect confidentiality and accuracy of employee information across HR systems.
