Job summary

LawAdvisor—a global legal tech company—seeks a Senior HR Generalist to lead People Operations across EMEA, APAC, and the US. You will own processes, ensure compliant practices, and enhance employee experiences. The role is hybrid with an Ayala, Makati office and offers remote collaboration across teams worldwide.

You will partner with leaders to drive hiring, onboarding, retention, and payroll operations while leveraging AI to optimize recruitment and people programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field and 7+ years of People Operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., DBS, GDPR, right to work) and regulatory processes.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to grow and develop a team.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Ability to own topics end-to-end with minimal oversight and drive stakeholder involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end coordination of interviews across multiple time zones and senior levels.
• Manage full employee lifecycle from onboarding to hiring practices improvements.
• Advise employees and managers on growth, development, and best practices.
• Champion employee experience and culture across regions.
• Lead internal change initiatives, new systems, and policies with measurable impact.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and audits across regions.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll day-to-day processes.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate sourcing, screening, and engagement.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance as needed.
