Agent is seeking an HR Manager (IT/Technology) to lead people operations and technology systems in a remote role. The person will partner with leadership to drive talent initiatives, optimize HR processes, and ensure scalable technology platforms support growth.

The ideal candidate combines HR expertise with technology mindset, capable of driving onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance, and cybersecurity best practices across the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Operations, Technology Management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment regulations.
• Experience with HRIS, payroll systems, and cloud-based software platforms.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Administer benefits, payroll coordination, leave management, and communications.
• Support performance management, evaluations, and development programs.
• Develop and implement HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Track HR metrics like turnover and hiring timelines.
• Partner with leadership on planning and workforce development.
