Job summary

MetaGlobal is seeking an HR Manager to build dependable people practices for a growing technology and digital services company. You will own recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance processes, policies and compliance while partnering closely with leadership and team managers.

This role requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and a practical approach suited to a hybrid and remote workforce.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in HR experience with at least 1 year in a managerial or lead role.
• Experience recruiting technology and digital-services talent.
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and relevant employment practices.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• High integrity and discretion with employee information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across engineering, design, marketing, sales and operations.
• Design and manage onboarding, documentation and employee lifecycle processes.
• Support performance reviews, feedback and manager development.
• Maintain HR policies, attendance, leave and personnel records.
• Handle employee relations fairly and confidentially.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, compliance and workplace initiatives.
