Job summary

Go Lean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice remotely during its pre-opening and early growth stages. You will coordinate meetings, calendars, vendors and clinic setup activities while transitioning to front-office duties as patients are seen.

The role requires eCW experience, strong communication, and proactive ownership in a startup environment. It is a part-time position (~30 hours/week) with potential growth as patient volume

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Minimum 1+ year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant or similar healthcare support role.
• Strong administrative, organizational, calendar-management, and task-management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English for professional patient and vendor communication.
• Strong spreadsheet skills and ability to organize information, research, projects, and workflows.
• Proactive, able to work independently in a startup-style environment.
• Able to multitask with high attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Manage physician calendars, meetings, deadlines, agendas, and materials.
• Attend admin and vendor meetings, take notes, track action items and follow-ups.
• Act as accountability partner by monitoring deadlines, projects, and tasks.
