Job summary

GoLean Health is seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a pediatric practice during its pre-opening and growth. This remote role starts as part-time (30 hours/week) and expands as patient volume increases.

You will work closely with the physician as an administrative and personal assistant, coordinating meetings, calendars, vendors, projects, and clinic setup. As patients begin, duties shift toward front-office tasks like scheduling, intake, and insurance verification.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• 1+ year experience as Medical Virtual Assistant or Healthcare admin.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proactive, organized, able to multitask.
• Comfortable in a startup-style environment.
• Strong calendar and task management.
