Job summary

Career Team is seeking a Payroll Manager to oversee all payroll functions for our workforce development programs. This role requires strong US payroll knowledge and hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now.

You will manage time data, deductions, and tax filings, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in a remote Manila setup. The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting/finance and has 4+ years of payroll experience, with emphasis on compliance and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll cycle end-to-end including time data, deductions, and net pay.
• Prepare and file tax forms and reports (federal, state, local).
• Maintain payroll records and ensure policy compliance.
• Generate payroll reports and distribute pay stubs.
• Lend support to employee payroll inquiries and system issues.
