Job summary

eClerx Philippines is seeking a Senior Process Manager - US Payroll to lead end-to-end US payroll delivery, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across cycles. The role demands strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement across a global payroll function.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, Finance, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive US payroll experience.
3-5 years in a people leadership role.
Experience leading in-house end-to-end US payroll operations.
Strong multi-state US payroll experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end US payroll operations across multiple cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, monthly).
Ensure accurate, compliant, SLA-bound payroll processing.
Oversee payroll balancing, reconciliations, audits, and approvals prior to release.
Govern payroll adjustments, off-cycle payrolls, retroactive payments, bonuses, and corrections.
Ensure successful year-end payroll processing, including W-2 reconciliation.
