Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming health data and alerts to distinguish glitches from critical events.
• Proactively reach out to patients to support device adherence and care continuity.
• Escalate high-priority concerns to Nurse Practitioners or Pharmacists as needed.
• Document every interaction in real-time, ensuring HIPAA compliance.
