E-Solutions IT Services is seeking a Clinical Tele Triage Associate (US Registered Nurse) for a contract on-site role in Taguig. The nurse will perform remote patient assessments, triage, and guidance, ensuring accurate documentation in EHR systems and coordination with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities include triage decisions, patient education, appointment scheduling support, and escalation of critical cases when needed.

Qualifications

• Active USRN license is required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient-handling abilities.
• Experience with telehealth and EHR systems preferred.
• Tele-triage or remote nursing experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical tele-triage and assess patient symptoms remotely.
• Provide health education and guidance on symptom management.
• Direct patients to the appropriate level of care (ER/urgent care/primary care).
• Document patient interactions accurately in EHR systems.
