Responsibilities

• Review HIPAA Authorizations: verify signatures, patient info, DOB, dates of service, and related details.
• Cross-check case details against internal records for discrepancies.
• Prepare documents by transferring information into templates.
• Perform quality checks for accuracy and formatting.
• Identify and resolve defects; flag missing info and place holds.
• Follow up and escalate with clear, specific information.
• Maintain accurate records of decisions and case status.
