Job summary

Persona is seeking a part-time remote Digital AR Accountant based in the Philippines or Southeast Asia to manage accounts receivable, invoicing, and client payouts for a Los Angeles-based talent management company. This role focuses on invoicing brands, tracking collections, reconciling payments, and performing accounting duties across the digital division.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping with AR, invoicing, payment tracking and collections.
• Strong AR processes, payment reconciliation, and financial recordkeeping.
• Ability to calculate client payment allocations, commissions, and outstanding balances.
• Working knowledge of general ledger, journal entries, and month-end processes.
• Analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Organized, with well-documented records and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices to brands and platforms; track paid/outstanding invoices; record payments against invoices.
• Record and reconcile client payments; maintain client trust account records; prepare payout calculations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries in Sage for digital division revenue; support month-end close and audits.
• Enter vendor bills and record journal entries for bank activity and accruals.
• Maintain supporting schedules for accruals, prepaids, fixed assets; assist with recurring close tasks.
• Generate weekly/bi-monthly reports; ensure accurate documentation and approvals.
