Job summary

YAHSHUA Outsourcing Worldwide, Inc. is seeking an Account Receivable Officer to manage end-to-end AR processes from billing and invoicing to collections and reconciliation.

You will ensure accurate customer ledgers, timely postings, and compliant handling of financial documents while maintaining confidentiality. This full-time remote role is based in the Philippines with an 8-hour schedule and work-from-home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related accounting work.
• Experience in billing, invoicing, SOA preparation, collections, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Basic knowledge of BIR Form 2307, withholding tax, VAT/non-VAT, and invoice requirements.
• Comfortable making collection calls and following up with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Honest and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Professional, persistent, and calm when dealing with clients and overdue accounts.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accounts receivable process including billing, invoicing, collection, payment posting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure accurate customer accounts and timely collections.
• Handle financial and tax-related document processing and confidentiality.
