Job summary

Altametrics, a remote-first company, is seeking a highly detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. The role covers day-to-day AP, vendor management, GL coding, AR/billing, and franchise/tenant invoicing while supporting treasury operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a CPA/CMA license or relevant degree, with 3–5 years of accounting experience and strong Excel skills. This position is remote anywhere in the Philippines, following Pacific Standard Time night shifts.

Qualifications

• CPA/CMA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP Highly Preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and efficiency.
• Detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with accurate GL coding and timely payments.
• Manage vendor records, onboarding and documentation.
• Perform reconciliations and ensure internal controls.
• Prepare billing to franchisees and tenants; monitor collections.
• Reconcile AR with operations and resolve discrepancies.
• Support treasury operations and intercompany transfers.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reports.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and external partners.
