Job summary

Boomering is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to support an Australian client from the Philippines. The role is part-time (roughly 20 hours/week) with a work-from-home setup and an emphasis on supplier invoices, reconciliations, and transactional processing.

You will contribute to the AP function, learn client systems, and grow into broader accounting and admin responsibilities as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Hands-on AP experience supporting an Australian company.
• Invoices, credit cards, reconciliations and POs understanding.
• Intermediate Excel skills for large data sets.
• Accounting qualification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and per procedures.
• Verify invoices and supporting documentation.
• Process and review credit card transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist with purchase orders and related administration.
• Maintain AP records and organised electronic files.
• Provide day-to-day financial and administrative support to the Australian team.
