Emapta Philippines is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer for a leading Australian not-for-profit disability services provider. The role focuses on end-to-end AP processing, compliance, and data integrity, with a permanent work-from-home setup and day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
• Proficiency in MYOB or similar ERP systems.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience in a high-volume transactional finance environment.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices, including coding, verification, and approval workflows.
• Execute payment runs in accordance with internal approval structures and cash flow requirements.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive Accounts Payable records and supporting audit trails.
• Validate service delivery data against pricing arrangements and participant funding; ensure documentation and audit trails.
