Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in accounts payable or similar role.
• Experience with Xero and Approval Max preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions and verify invoices.
• Manage invoice approvals and utilization of Approval Max.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure timely payments.
• Assist with BAS lodgments for project entities.
• Prepare financial reports and accounts payable aging as needed.
• Maintain organized financial records and supplier relationships.
