Job summary

Integrated OS is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to ensure smooth processing, reconciliation, and communication within our accounts payable function. You’ll handle invoice processing, payment preparation, and vendor relations while working from home in the Philippines.

Successful candidates should have 2+ years in AP or related roles, strong Excel and ERP skills, and a meticulous, organized mindset to manage high-volume transactions and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a similar accounting role.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing with attention to detail.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery dockets.
• Maintain orderly invoice records and obtain necessary approvals.
• Prepare payments and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis.
• Respond to vendor queries and maintain positive supplier relations.
• Complete monthly reconciliations of creditor statements.
