Job summary

My Offshore Team is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Support to join our finance team in Makati. You will process supplier invoices, ensure ATO-compliant tax invoicing, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve queries.

Hybrid/WFH-friendly role offering stability and opportunities for professional development within the Australian finance space. Remote work is Philippines-based with some office hybrid requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable with Australia market and ATO invoice rules.
• Experience with OCR software (Traild) and ERP/accounting platforms.
• Strong data-entry accuracy and statement reconciliations.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume supplier and trade invoices using OCR software Traild.
• Review invoices for ATO compliance, ABNs, and tax invoice criteria.
• Manage shared inboxes for trades and suppliers, prioritizing urgent requests.
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to resolve queries promptly.
• Ensure end-of-month and weekly payment runs are accurate and timely.
