Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing team in a remote, part-time role (approximately 20 hours per week). You will handle supplier invoices, credit card transactions, reconciliations and related financial administration for an Australian client.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years AP experience, solid Excel skills, and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset. Training on MYOB Advanced will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of relevant Accounts Payable or bookkeeping experience.
• Minimum 1 year AP experience supporting an Australian company.
• Experience with invoice entry, checking, and verification.
• Experience processing credit card transactions and reconciling accounts.
• Intermediate Excel skills and MS 365 proficiency.
• Familiarity with MYOB Advanced is advantageous but training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and on time.
• Check invoices and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Process and reconcile credit card transactions.
• Maintain AP records and organised electronic files.
• Assist with purchase orders and related admin tasks.
• Communicate with internal teams on invoices and payments.
• Support the Australian team with day-to-day financial administration.
