Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads from a remote setup in the Philippines.

You will independently manage assigned campaigns with minimal supervision, expand to additional channels as needed, and collaborate with design and content teams to improve conversion paths and performance.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong competence in Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience planning multi-channel paid campaigns and analysing results.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Expand to Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube and other relevant channels as needed.
• Manage campaign structure, keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets and goals.
• Write ad copy and briefs for creative assets.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve landing pages and paths to conversion.
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities/risks, and take corrective actions.
• Run tests across audiences, offers, creative and settings.
• Reallocate budget based on evidence; maintain campaign hygiene.
