Job Description
About Us: Outsourced. ph is a leading ISO-certified Philippines offshore outsourcing company that provides dedicated remote staff to some of the world's leading international companies. Outsourced is recognized as one of the Best Places to Work and has achieved Great Place to Work Certification. We are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment where all staff can thrive. As an Outsourced staff member, you will enjoy a fun and friendly working environment, competitive salaries, opportunities for growth and development, work‑life balance, and the chance to share your passion with a team of over 1,000 talented professionals.
The Role We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with strong paid media capability across multiple platforms. This is a hands‑on specialist role. You will independently plan, build, manage and optimise paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with the ability to work with additional channels such as Reddit, Microsoft Ads or other relevant platforms where the audience and campaign objective justify them. You will not be expected to own the client's overall marketing strategy. That responsibility sits with the Client Strategy / Account Lead. Your role is to bring strong paid media judgement to the team: recommend how paid media should contribute, advise on the appropriate channel mix, translate campaign objectives into effective execution, and continuously improve performance using evidence. The role is designed for an established specialist who can manage their own work and assigned accounts with minimal supervision while remaining willing to roll up their sleeves and execute.
Key Responsibilities
- Client and campaign planning
- Work with Client Strategy / Account Leads and clients to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, offers, budgets and commercial constraints.
- Recommend the appropriate paid media channel mix based on audience, intent, buying stage, economics and available evidence.
- Translate campaign objectives into channel plans, campaign structures, targeting approaches, budgets, testing plans and measurable KPIs.
- Challenge assumptions or campaign approaches where the evidence suggests a better option.
- Paid media execution and optimisation
- Independently build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Work confidently with additional paid channels such as Reddit Ads, Microsoft Ads, YouTube or other relevant platforms as required.
- Manage account and campaign structure, keywords, audiences, targeting, bidding, budgets, placements, creative variants and conversion goals.
- Write and refine ad copy and briefs for visual creative.
- Work with designers, content specialists and web developers to improve creative, landing pages and conversion paths.
- Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities, risks and corrective actions.
- Design and run structured tests across audiences, offers, creative, messaging, landing pages and campaign settings.
- Reallocate budget and effort across channels when performance evidence supports a change.
- Maintain strong campaign hygiene, quality assurance and platform best practice.
- Measurement, insight and reporting
- Ensure appropriate conversion tracking, analytics and attribution are in place before relying on campaign results.
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEMrush and platform analytics to understand performance.
- Interpret performance beyond platform‑level metrics, with attention to lead quality and downstream commercial outcomes where data is available.
- Prepare clear reporting that explains what happened, why it matters, what has been learned and what should happen next.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights and recommendations clearly to clients and internal account leads.
- Account and workflow ownership
- Independently manage the day‑to‑day delivery of assigned campaigns and accounts.
- Break campaign scopes into actionable work and manage priorities and deadlines in ClickUp.
- Maintain regular, professional communication with clients on matters within your area of responsibility.
- Work as part of a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver work on time, on budget and to an agreed standard.
- Escalate strategic, commercial or client issues appropriately rather than allowing delivery problems to drift.
- AI, automation and continuous improvement
- Use AI and automation tools to improve the speed, consistency and quality of campaign research, build, optimisation, reporting and analysis.
- Treat tool outputs as inputs to professional judgement rather than as a substitute for it.
- Be comfortable adopting new tools and platform capabilities as execution becomes increasingly automated.
- Help improve repeatable processes, templates and workflows so the team can spend less time on routine execution and more time on analysis and improvement.
What Good Looks Like
- take a reasonably well‑defined campaign objective and independently turn it into a strong working paid media program;
- choose between Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other paid channels based on the problem rather than personal platform preference;
- explain the strengths, weaknesses and role of different paid channels across search intent, social discovery, professional targeting and contextual or community‑based environments;
- recognise when poor performance is caused by the campaign itself and when the real issue is the offer, audience, creative, landing page, tracking or broader strategy;
- make evidence‑based optimisation decisions without needing constant supervision;
- explain performance and recommendations in plain business language;
- learn new platforms and tools quickly; and
- combine strong execution skills with curiosity, judgement and accountability.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Demonstrated agency or comparable hands‑on experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Strong practical competence in Google Ads.
- Demonstrated hands‑on competence in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience planning and managing multi‑channel paid campaigns rather than operating a single platform in isolation.
- Strong understanding of paid media campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budgeting, creative testing and conversion optimisation.
