GAIN is a creative-led, insight-driven company blending data, tech and creativity. We’re seeking a Paid Media Consultant in the Philippines as an independent contractor to manage Google Ads campaigns and potentially other platforms based on experience and client needs.

You’ll typically work across 15–20 smaller client accounts with a core focus on Google Ads, while also managing Meta campaigns. You’ll oversee campaign execution, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis, growing into

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor and track ad campaign budgets daily to ensure pacing and efficiency.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting focused on campaign results.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy.
• Communicate performance updates to internal teams and clients.
• Share proactive insights and best practices with the wider team.
• Suggest improvements and opportunities for campaign expansion.
• Stay open to learning new platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads).
