Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty seeks an experienced Paid Media Specialist to plan, build and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads from our offices in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on execution, with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns with minimal supervision.

You will work closely with Client Strategy / Account Leads to translate objectives into channel plans, monitor performance, and continuously improve outcomes

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Strong practical competence in Google Ads.
• Experience planning multi-channel paid campaigns rather than a single platform.

Responsibilities

• Plan, build, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Collaborate with clients and strategy leads to define objectives and audiences.
• Manage budgets, bids, creatives, tests and conversion goals.
• Maintain campaign hygiene and best-practice across channels.
• Prepare clear performance reports and actionable recommendations.
