Job summary

GAIN is seeking a Paid Media Consultant based in the Philippines to join as an independent contractor. The role focuses on managing Paid Media campaigns—primarily Google Ads—with potential support for other platforms.

You will handle 15–20 client accounts, perform optimization, reporting, and performance analysis, and grow into client communications and broader strategy. This remote position offers flexible hours, collaboration with a high‑performing global team, and opportunities for long-term

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing performance campaigns (Google Ads).
• Fundamental Excel/Google Sheets skills; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise daily campaign performance across Google Ads and other paid media platforms.
• Monitor and track ad budgets daily for pacing and efficiency.
• Deliver weekly performance reports and actionable insights.
• Conduct ad hoc deep-dive analysis and reporting on campaign results.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation strategies.
• Collaborate with Head of Performance Lite Paid Media on campaign strategy.
• Communicate performance updates and recommendations to clients.
