Peoplegig is seeking a data-driven Paid Media Campaign Specialist to manage and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta, with LinkedIn support. This hands-on role emphasizes campaign setup, performance analysis, and ongoing improvement within a flexible remote work setup in the Philippines.

You will collaborate with an internal team and external partners, connect campaigns to CRM workflows, and contribute to content development using AI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Meta Business tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and LinkedIn ads.
• Understanding of campaign setup, tracking, attribution, and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns (Meta primary, LinkedIn secondary).
• Analyse performance data to identify trends and opportunities; implement optimisations.
• Configure and troubleshoot tracking (Meta Pixel, Conversions API) and connect campaigns to CRM workflows.
• Support content development for organic and paid social; assist with ad copy and creative variation.
• Collaborate with internal team and external partners to align strategy and reporting.
