The role emphasizes independent execution with minimal supervision, while contributing strong paid media judgement to the client strategy team. Work from home with standard Philippine hours.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated agency or hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns.
• Experience planning and managing multi-channel paid campaigns rather than a single platform.
• Strong understanding of paid media campaign structure, targeting, bidding and budgeting.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and turn it into practical optimisation decisions.

Aufgaben

• Understand campaign objectives, audiences, offers and budgets with clients and leads.
• Plan channel mix based on audience intent and evidence; translate objectives into channel plans.
• Independently build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Write and refine ad copy and briefs; work with teams to improve landing pages and conversions.
• Maintain campaign hygiene, QA and best-practice; report insights and recommendations.
