Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders primarily via email and enter order information into the manufacturing platform.
• Process and print required reports from the system per procedures.
• Perform invoice data entry and verify accuracy of invoice information.
• Enter verified invoice data into the system ensuring data quality.
• Manage a shared inbox for orders, invoices, and related communications.
• Respond to customer queries mainly through email with follow-up when needed.
• Support order processing workflow and help resolve routine concerns.
• Maintain organized documentation and filing of orders, invoices, and reports.
