MicroSourcing is seeking an Optical Assistant Spanish Bilingual for remote work. You will assist customers in Spanish and English with registration, navigation, and order completion, and help them choose frames and lens options based on prescriptions.

The role requires accurate prescription reading, CRM proficiency using Salesforce Service Cloud, and strong problem-solving skills to resolve inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to read and verify vision prescriptions and lens types.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with registration, navigation, and order completion in Spanish and English.
• Guide customers on frames and lens options per prescription and style.
• Read, interpret, and verify prescription accuracy for custom lens orders.
• Check real-time product inventory and offer alternatives when unavailable.
• Investigate and resolve complaints, returns, exchanges, and refunds following procedures.
• Communicate order updates, delays, and tracking details to customers.
• Log interactions and cases in Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Gather customer feedback for marketing and product teams.
