Job summary

Permworks is seeking a meticulous Assistant – Billing & Collections to manage accounts receivable, follow up on missed payments, and handle chargebacks and disputes. You will support commission-related adjustments and referral payouts while maintaining strong documentation and process trackers.

This remote role, based in the Philippines, requires clear communication and a proactive approach to payment accuracy.

Qualifications

2–5 years in accounts receivable, billing operations, payment processing, or related finance support.
Experience in subscription/recurring-payment businesses is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English; professional customer communication.
Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality with sensitive financial data.
Familiarity with payment platforms and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and payment statuses across multiple schedules.
Follow up on failed/overdue payments and manage chargebacks and disputes.
Support commission calculations and related payout adjustments.
Process referral and affiliate payout requests in line with policies.
Document processes, maintain trackers, and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with Operations, sales, and leadership to ensure data integrity.
