Job summary

MultiplyMii is hiring a Customer Support and Logistics Specialist for a fully remote role based in the Philippines. You will manage customer communications, coordinate with suppliers, and support end-to-end order fulfillment for global clients.

You will work closely with leadership, leveraging ERP and ticketing tools to maintain smooth operations, ensure accurate quotations and orders, and uphold high professional standards in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in administrative, operational, or logistics support in a commercial business.
• Experience handling B2B customer service processes (quotations, invoices, orders).
• Experience in logistics coordination or shipping.
• Familiarity with ERP, Freshdesk, and Freshsales.
• Strong commercial instincts and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume customer emails, inquiries, and quotations.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers for pricing and timely responses.
• Ensure efficient order fulfillment using established processes.
• Communicate with warehouse on bookings, deliveries, and logistics.
• Deliver professional B2B customer service and maintain documentation.
