Job summary

Multiply Mii in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to lead high-volume AR operations, ensure accurate invoicing, cash applications, proactive collections, and customer account reconciliations.

You will collaborate with operations and client partners to resolve billing issues, monitor aging, and maintain strong internal controls while delivering timely AR reporting and audits support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years in high-volume accounts receivable, billing, and collections.
• Experience in fleet maintenance, logistics, or service industries is a plus.
• Proficiency in Ramp, QuickBooks, Dynamics 365 or similar ERP; strong Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English for professional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Process and issue high-volume customer invoices accurately for fleet maintenance services.
• Monitor customer balances and perform AR sub-ledger reconciliations with GL.
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and unapplied cash.
• Apply daily cash across ACH, wires, cards, checks.
• Monitor aging reports and perform proactive collections outreach.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure timely payments.
• Generate AR aging, collection metrics, and volume reports weekly/monthly.
• Maintain documentation and support internal controls.
• Assist audits with AR schedules and documentation.
• Work cross-functionally to streamline billing workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
