Job summary

MicroSourcing in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist (Order & Billing Management) to coordinate across Sales, Operations, Billing and Provisioning for accurate service delivery and billing integrity.

The role combines order processing with opportunity and pipeline management to support revenue retention, operating on onsite day shifts with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end sales order workflows including provisioning and billing.
• Strong data integrity skills and CRM documentation standards.
• Ability to analyze billing discrepancies and prevent revenue leakage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end sales order workflows and ensure accurate contract implementation.
• Communicate with customers during onboarding, activation and billing phases.
• Support contract renewals by tracking termination dates and preparing components.
• Explain first bill and clarify billing structures to customers.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records across CRM and systems.
• Perform adjustments, credits, and admin tasks within policy.
• Collaborate with Billing, Provisioning, Sales and Product teams.
