Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Estimator / Contract Administrator to support full commercial lifecycle on civil earthworks projects as an independent contractor. You will review tenders, prepare accurate earthworks pricing, and administer awarded contracts, aligning work with AU hours and client expectations.

The role is 70% estimating and 30% contract administration, requiring strong Excel, drawing interpretation, and risk-aware costing to protect margins.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in civil estimating or contract administration.
• Experience in earthworks, roadworks or bulk earthworks.
• Ability to read civil, structural and architectural drawings.
• Strong Excel and cost-tracking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Review tender invitations, drawings, BOQs and specs to prepare estimates.
• Prepare rate build-ups for plant, labour, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain tender registers and price records.
• Administer purchase orders, variations, and final accounts.
• Support monthly claims and project close-out.
