Job summary

Hunt St, Pty is seeking a Philippines-based Recruitment Operations Assistant for an Independent Contractor engagement. The role focuses on recruitment sourcing, talent research and recruitment administration, with additional HR, finance and ops support as needed.

Remote role aligned with AU business hours (9 AM - 5 PM, Mon-Fri), flexible time management, work from home. You’ll engage with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM databases, and client mapping to build talent pipelines and support

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or recruitment administration.
• Agency or recruitment business experience preferred.
• Experience with large agencies encouraged to apply.
• Experience in insurance/financial services/management consulting preferred.
• Experience using CRMs to search and manage candidate databases.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
• JobAdder experience is advantageous.
• Ability to conduct client mapping, market mapping, and recruitment research.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Ability to support payroll and invoicing after training.
• Comfortable with internal documentation and records and high accuracy in admin/finance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, job boards and other sourcing channels.
• Conduct database searches, talent mapping, market mapping, and client mapping to support recruitment campaigns.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Review job briefs and ask thoughtful questions to clarify requirements.
• Conduct initial outreach and support recruiters throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation within the CRM.
• Assist with recruitment administration and ad hoc sourcing projects to support the team.
• Provide backup support across HR, finance, and general operations when required.
