Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd is seeking a Philippines-based Operations Support Officer for a remote, Independent Contractor engagement. The role aligns with AU business hours (approx 9 AM–5 PM) while offering flexible time management.

You'll handle scheduling, invoicing, inventory tracking, customer follow-ups via phone, email, and text, and support accounting in Xero, using Microsoft Office and AI tools to streamline workflows. This position is 100% remote.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Proven experience as office administrator in a customer-focused industry.
• Strong proficiency in Xero accounting software.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics 365.
• Experience with AI technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, automation).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in administration or accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations including scheduling, invoicing, and inventory tracking.
• Follow up with customers via phone, email, and text to ensure satisfaction.
• Use Xero for bookkeeping, payroll, and financial reporting.
• Use automotive software to manage inventory and stock movements.
• Prepare documents and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and customer communication.
• Maintain records, generate reports, and assist with compliance.
• Provide virtual/remote customer support.
